Bud Vases

Bud or specimen vases are a wonderful little addition to a window sill, desk or bedside table.

When a single flower is so pretty, there is no need to crowd it, showcase them in little glass vials and bottles highlighting their unique beauty.

I decorate our little salvage bottles with crochet netting, each vase a different colour so that they may match the flowers in Season.

By adding a button on the cover, it is easy to swap the netting or remove so that glass can be cleaned well without loosing your handiwork.

An addition cord from the bottle neck allows the bottle to be suspended, decorating table settings beneath trees or accomodating a candle for evening lighting.
